Terms of Use

Before you act on anything you read here, check the date this text was issued, and read the terms of any site you reach through a link before you open an account there. Those terms, not this page, govern your dealings with that site.

What exactly are you using when you visit this site?

This site is a static publication. Every page is a file prepared in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. Nothing runs on a server in response to what you do, and the site has no account, no form, no input field and no upload control. Its contents were fixed when it was built: the sitemap lists 6 addresses, and that is the whole publication. Every page states its publication and modification dates in machine-readable form. The modification date, 2026-11-02, matches the date in the sitemap, so you can tell which version of the text you are reading. Styles, scripts, fonts and images all come from this domain, and no third-party server is contacted while a page is displayed.

What happens when you click, or when you mistype an address?

  • A link to another page here opens another prebuilt file from the same fixed set of 6 addresses.
  • A link to an outside site takes you to a separate site with its own rules. Your relationship with any operator begins there, under that operator's terms. It does not begin on this page.
  • An address that does not exist shows a page marked noindex, nofollow, which immediately sends you to the home page. A mistyped or expired address cannot become a page of its own.

Why does this page name no company, court or complaints channel?

You cannot register on this site, hold an account or submit anything. Nothing can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and the site contains no visitor-generated content. There are therefore no account rules for these terms to set out.

The build also contains no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason, these terms cannot promise a complaints channel or a response time, and they cannot name a counterparty, a governing law or a dispute procedure.

Copying a clause from another site would not give you any of those things. It would only give a false impression that they exist. If you need any of these protections, look for them in the terms published by the destination you choose to use.
